We believe that the value of a franchise is not only based on its previous financial performance but also on its likely future viability. Our comprehensive service will ensure a realistic price for any franchise business being offered for sale.
We provide independent valuations, so if a franchisee or franchisor (or lending institution) simply wants an objective and honest valuation, this can be provided as a separate, standalone service. You can, of course always appoint us to broker the sale of your franchise when the time is right.
Prices vary dependent on the level of service required but start from as little as £500 plus VAT. We will work closely with you to identify the right service for your business.
The Desktop Valuation delivers a business valuation report setting out an estimate of the fair market value of your franchise business. The report will be based on a review of the latest three years’ annual year end accounts of your franchise business and additional information requested from the business owner.
We analyse a significant amount of additional data to deliver a comprehensive report which includes our assessment of the potential impact of any external factors we can identify. We undertake a visit to the premises to carry out further assessments on the operations, systems and structures enabling us to produce a SWOT analysis which is incorporated into the report
Detailed Valuation + VIP
In addition to the Detailed Valuation Report we provide a Value Improvement Plan which is designed to add value to the business or, at the very least, increase its attractiveness to a prospective buyer. The plan highlights efficiencies that could be achieved and/or could increase the appeal to potential purchasers. The VIP also includes any weaknesses/ vulnerabilities in the operation, systems and structure that could compromise the value and highlights specific actions the business owner can take
